Thriving Communities Africa (TCA) is an offshoot of a consultancy (Thriving Families Kenya LTD, that has been in operation since 2019) Informed by the strategic blueprint and posterity of the agenda; Thriving Communities Africa (TCA), a Non-Governmental Organization was established with the purpose of sustainable social transformation in Africa. We focus on restoring and creating a vibrant society by equipping and meaningfully engaging men and boys in communities; to play their rightful role in social transformation for a sustainable thriving society.

NiMB Program
Nitasimama Imara Men and Boys Program is an integrated, results based approach that equips young men( out of school) with rights and life skills on SRHR, and Mental Health GBV and alternative economic opportunities towards their own well-being, social norms transformation and development.
The program works with mens forums for sustained community transformation.
